Getting help

Three doors, in the order worth trying them: these docs for how things work, the AI Builder for anything about your site, and the human support chat for everything else.

Ask the AI Builder first

For anything happening on your site — something looks wrong, a feature isn't behaving, you're not sure how to phrase a request — the fastest answer is the AI Builder itself. It knows your site's actual state, can look at pages, run tests, and fix what it finds. "The order form stopped working — figure out why and fix it" is a perfectly good message.

The human support chat

Next to the AI Builder chat you'll find a Support tab — messages there go to the startupjs.ai team. Real humans, so answers take hours rather than seconds. It's the right place for account and billing questions, plan advice, or anything the AI Builder couldn't untangle.

  • Support chat is included with Max and Ultra plans, with a monthly message quota (shown right in the chat, with its reset date).
  • The Developer Support plan includes unlimited support — plus code-review help, which matters if you're exporting or hosting your own app.
  • Where offered, you can also book a paid support call from the same tab.

Current plan lineups are on the pricing page.

Report a problem with the platform

If something seems broken about startupjs.ai itself — the dashboard misbehaving, a site that won't wake, billing looking wrong — use the Support tab too; that's exactly what the team wants to hear about. Mention the project name and roughly when it happened.
