#Plans, billing & credit

Your plan covers two things: computing power for your sites, and a monthly allowance of AI usage. When the allowance runs out, optional pay-as-you-go extra credit takes over. Current prices and plan lineups are always on the pricing page — this page explains how it all behaves.

#The free trial

New accounts start on a 30-day free trial with a small amount of AI credit included — enough to build something real and decide. No card required.

When the trial ends, your projects are paused, not deleted: sites go offline, but all data stays, exports keep working, and upgrading to any paid plan brings everything back exactly as it was.

#How AI usage is billed

Everything the AI does for you — building, assistants talking to visitors, generating images, browsing the web — has a real cost, metered per use:

• Plan allowance first. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance. The Billing page shows it as a simple progress bar with its reset date — no math to do. It resets in full every billing cycle (unused allowance doesn't roll over).
• Extra credit second. If you use up the allowance, spending draws from extra credit you've purchased — shown in dollars, spent only when the allowance is empty, and never expiring. No extra credit and an empty allowance simply means AI features wait until your cycle resets (your sites keep running — visitors are unaffected).

Bigger builds cost more than small tweaks, and the smarter AI Builder quality tiers cost more per request than the standard one. The Billing page itemizes spending so nothing is mysterious.

#Changing plans

• Upgrading takes effect immediately: you're charged for the new plan, your billing cycle restarts today, and the new full allowance is available right away.
• Downgrading is gentle: you keep your current plan until the period you've paid for ends, then the new plan starts. Until then a banner on the Billing page reminds you — with an Undo if you change your mind.
• Canceling works the same way: manage (or cancel) the subscription from the Billing page; your plan runs out at the end of the paid period. Your data and exports remain available after that, just like an expired trial.

#Compute, storage and sites

Plans also include a pool of compute units you distribute among your projects — more units means more memory and storage for that site (and a higher daily email cap). Storage across all your projects — including anything in the Trash — counts against your plan's pool. See Project settings for the dial itself.

#Support levels

Paid plans include direct human support — message quotas differ per plan, and the Developer Support plan makes them unlimited. Details on the pricing page.
